Glen is a freelance media composer based in Christchurch, New Zealand, with a love for video games and creating adaptive music. He is a multi-instrumentalist with a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Composition and Arranging, and an MA in Composing for Video Games. He is experienced working with audio implementation and game-engine software, including Wwise and Unity.

From a young age, Glen was captivated by game franchises like Silent Hill, Metal Gear Solid, and Final Fantasy, as well as spending long hours at the arcade playing Tekken. These experiences left an indelible impression on him and sparked a deep curiosity for the profound impact that audio can have on the gaming experience.

He has composed scores for various film projects, including "Salween Stories - Mae Sam Laep” (2017) and "Mutt" (2021), an Australian independent feature film. In 2014, he released an album of his original compositions titled “Firefly”, which drew inspiration from the works of Bill Evans, Kenny Wheeler, and Maria Schneider. The album was arranged for an 18-piece jazz orchestra and successfully crowdfunded through Kickstarter.

Glen's experience as a guitarist has led him to perform in a wide variety of settings, including concerts with New Zealand-based groups such as the Symposium Jazz Orchestra, Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, and the world music quartet 'Mukhlisa'.

If you're searching for a dedicated and versatile composer to collaborate with on your next project, Glen would love to hear from you!
